mom's day!!!

firstly, HAPPY MOM'S DAY to all the wonderful moms out there ^^.
to celebrate this wonderful day, dad bought us burger king in the morning and watched a chinese movie together. i don't know the english name for the movie. sorry ><. then the four of us (mom, dad, sis and i) went to midvalley to do some Mom's day shopping but all three gals ended up getting and expensive present each ><. sis bought a pair of ankle high sneakers from echopark. i got ankle high sneakers too from 3point6 but they can transform. mwahahahah!! mom got a red handbag from charles and keith. hehe ^^ awesome day!!

on to something more serious. after the shopping, as we were walking to the carpark, dad told me that he wasn't worried about my lil sis. it's me he's worried of. he told me that my sis is more extroverted and can take care of herself whilst my personality is more introverted. basically the message i got from him is that i need to be selfish more often. haha ><

sigh...i don't know...i wish i can be strong like you want too, dad. i really do....

i'm fairly open minded but sometimes that means that i'm susceptable to bad influences and i'm also a known daydreamer. it's hard to keep my mind on earth when i'm you're an air sign ><. but the few things that keep me grounded and on the straight path is my strong belief in karma. my father is a roman catholic but he never forced his belief on us. he gave us a choice since the very begining and guided us with reasoning. he said something that i would never forget. i've made that one statement of his as my core-my whole life is lived in light of this.

my father said, "whatever you do in life, whatever decisions you make, make sure you'll be able to face your conscience after. you don't need religion or whatsoever as long as you are guided by your conscience."

that's the only thing that keeps me moving forward come hell or high water. that's the only way i survive and i think that's a good way to life...don't you?

date night

went on a 'date' today with my bluetooth buddy ^^. it was awesome. making jokes about my exes and other people's choice of clothes or food ><.

honestly, all the jokes about my exes makes me realise just how over them i am cause i'm strong enough to laugh at myself for ever being with them in the first place.

then we had a roaring time watching tina fey and steve carell's 'date night'. we laughed through out the whole movie. i think i almost died of suffocation a few times >< but it would have been a happy death. haha

after the movie, we went hunting for a suitable present. bluetooth buddy couldn't stop laughing at VB as we passed him a few times. at least that gayfuck is useful for something XD

today was good ^^ i came out feeling tired yet somehow refreshed. life is good ^^
